Perspective buyer applications should be submitted as early as possible. The board has 30 days to complete the background and interview process once proper payment is received. Do not wait until the last minute to submit your application as your closing may be delayed if your application is not submitted within enough time.

Modification forms are not required for roof repair/replacement, for window repair/replacement and door repair/replacement, flower planting in a flower bed (not maintained by landscapers). Roofs must be in a natural color palette in the shades of gray, beige, red. For any questions on color, feel free to reach out to the board. All other exterior changes (to the structure or common ground) do require a modification form.
To begin the estoppel process, advise your title company to reach out to the treasurer at treasurer@clgvph1.com. From there, the treasurer will advise the mailing address and estoppel fees. Standard processing time for estoppels is 10 business days upon payment receipt. If an estoppel is needed faster, a rush fee will apply.
